Marine Airbags Production Line: Equipped with specialized multi-layer rubber winding machines,
high-pressure vulcanizing autoclaves, and intelligent cutting
systems, focusing on ensuring the structural integrity, pressure
resistance, and sealing performance of marine airbags. The
production line adopts automated control technology to realize
precise control of winding density, vulcanization temperature, and
time, ensuring that each airbag can withstand extreme internal
pressure and heavy loads during ship launching, landing, and
salvage operations.
Composite Hoses Production Line: Equipped with precision extruders for multi-layer rubber lining,
high-strength steel wire/aramid fiber braiding machines, and
continuous vulcanization lines. The production line is designed for
the safe transfer of oil, chemicals, and petroleum products,
focusing on corrosion resistance, high-pressure durability, and
bending fatigue resistance. The multi-layer composite structure is
precisely manufactured to ensure that the inner lining resists
media erosion, the middle reinforcement layer bears high pressure,
and the outer cover resists UV radiation and saltwater corrosion.
Dredging Rubber Hoses Production Line: As our core production line, it is equipped with heavy-duty
extruders for ultra-high wear-resistant inner rubber, automatic
high-precision steel wire winding machines, large-scale
vulcanization equipment, and special flange assembly machines. The
production line is optimized for maximum durability, focusing on
solving the problem of rapid wear of hoses in harsh dredging
environments. The inner rubber layer is compounded with
wear-resistant additives and anti-abrasion fillers, and the steel
wire reinforcement layer is wound in a specific helix angle to
ensure excellent flexibility, pressure resistance, and vacuum
collapse resistance.
Mooring Buoys Production Line: Equipped with foam filling and injection molding machines,
high-frequency welding equipment for polyethylene (PE) shells, and
automatic flange assembly lines. The production line focuses on
buoyancy, stability, and corrosion resistance, adopting a
foam-filled core structure and a durable PE or steel outer shell to
ensure that the buoys can maintain stable positioning in rough sea
conditions.
Mooring Ropes Production Line: Equipped with high-speed twisting machines, multi-strand braiding
machines, and heat-setting treatment lines. The production line
processes high-performance fibers such as polyester, polypropylene,
and nylon, adopting a multi-layer balanced braiding structure to
minimize elongation and maximize shock absorption, ensuring that
the mooring ropes can withstand high tension during ship berthing
and offshore mooring.
